As a Process Manager Sales and Service (PM) it is your day-to-day job to help your colleagues work faster, better and smarter. You take care that this happens in a well-organized, efficient and transparent way. You will manage these processes in our global Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. You keep an overview and ensure that the adjustments create value for customers, colleagues and the company. In short, this is a fun and challenging job with impact!
