LFNMS - Liquid Fertiliser Nutrient Management

Concentrated, liquid fertilisers are often by-products of industrial processes or food preparation. With upcoming transition towards more plant-based food, the availability of these fertilisers will also increase in the near future. With a Ploeger AT equipped with a LFNMS, these inputs can be valorised in the most efficient way.

The large variety in liquid fertilizers, industrial or organic, requires a machine that can handle the different products with ease. The LFNMS system is equipped with a stainless-steel tank, piping and valves to withstand the often challenging specifications of the fertilizer. The machine is standard equipped with a boom-type applicator with integrated section control. As with the other Ploeger machines, the target application rate can be set easy, and the loading and unloading is activated using the well-known master switch.

Precise application of nutrients starts with a well designed machine, and a machine where the operator is in full control. The LFNMS system is completely integrated in the AT controls, providing excellent control over the complete machine and application processes. The Ploeger AT with LFNMS are equipped with a stainless steel tank, pipework and valves for optimum durability. Precise application is guaranteed thanks to the calibrated flow metering system, a stable boom construction and the perfect overlapping spray nozzles. Optionally, the machine can use prescription maps to apply the nutrients using the integrated precision farming systems, and connect to automated section control.

As standard, the Ploeger LFNMS are equipped with a state-of-the-art electronic system which controls the application rates based on the machine speed and application width. All important parameters can be set convenient via the 12″ Pilot Screen. Thanks to the TaskControl system, all relevant job data such as applied rate, worked surface and working time are stored in the system. The machines can optionally be equipped with FieldCommand and FleetCommand, which enable remote acces to the machine data.
